Onto the Street
Enters the securities business at eighteen and becomes one of the youngest agents to pass the Series 7 and Series 63 examinations.
Wall Street at 18. Vice President at 24. Built a company from zero, ran it five years, and sold it in January 2022.
Most agency founders come out of design or media. Ray came off a trading desk — and it changed every question his companies ask first.
Ray started on Wall Street at eighteen and became one of the youngest securities agents to pass the Series 7 and Series 63. By twenty-four he was Vice President of Ladenburg Thalmann Financial Services, an NYSE-listed firm, and he closed out his banking career as Senior Vice President inside a Fortune 500 global investment bank.
That background shows up in how his companies operate. The opening questions on any engagement are about unit economics — customer acquisition cost, contribution margin, payback period — not mood boards. Traffic is a means. Revenue is the scoreboard.
In 2016 he crossed the desk and became an operator. Since then he has managed and grown start-ups, one of which became an industry leader and was acquired in January 2022. Building from nothing, carrying it through the unglamorous middle, and closing an exit is the experience clients are actually buying.
Today he is Chief Executive Officer of Corunit Media Corp, a Uniondale, New York growth firm operating since 2017, with strongholds in the two industries where the rules are hardest: finance and healthcare. He also serves as Managing Director of Compassionate Care Advisors, a boutique consultancy for medical practices.

Promoted to Vice President of the NYSE-listed financial services firm — a title most people on the desk wait another decade for.
Closes out his banking career as Senior Vice President inside a Fortune 500 global investment bank, running teams against hard numbers.
Leaves banking to build. Starts managing and growing start-ups directly, trading analyst distance for operator accountability.
Launches a boutique, customer-centric growth firm in Uniondale, New York — and takes the Managing Director seat at Compassionate Care Advisors.
Runs day-to-day operations of a cannabis-health category leader and builds the sales division from scratch — capturing over 75% of MarijuanaDoctors.com's client base.
Orchestrates the sale of the company in January 2022, after revenue grew more than 600% in five years.
Leads 20+ strategists, marketers, writers and developers across time zones, with strongholds in finance and healthcare.
Advice about compounding growth is cheap. This is the one that closed.
As Chief Operating Officer from 2017 to 2022, Ray owned day-to-day operations in one of the most tightly regulated corners of American healthcare — where advertising rules bite, platforms ban you without warning, and demand is real but hard to reach.
He built the sales division from nothing. It went on to capture more than 75% of MarijuanaDoctors.com's client base, the dominant demand source in the category. Revenue grew more than 600% in five years.
In January 2022 he orchestrated the sale of the business — the full arc, from a standing start to a signed deal.
Five positions he holds regardless of client, sector or budget.
Most agencies answer the last move. Ray plays three ahead — with the data and the bench to back every play. The knight above is running a real tour: every square it lands on, it lands on once.
Margin, customer acquisition cost and payback period get asked first. A campaign that cannot survive that arithmetic does not get built, however good it looks.
Website, SEO, paid media, CRM, reviews and automation run as a single engine. Leads get lost in the gaps between channels, so he removes the gaps.
The person who sold the work is the person doing it. No junior handoff after the pitch.
Finance and healthcare are the strongholds — HIPAA-aware, compliance-conscious, client sign-off before anything ships.
Understand the business before the keywords. Strategy has to survive contact with reality.
